PRODUCT:

WHERE ARE FLOWER BEAUTY PRODUCTS MADE?

Cosmetic bags and cosmetic brushes are manufactured in China. Lift & Sculpt Contouring Palettes, Shimmer & Strobe Highlighting Palettes and Shimmer & Shade Eyeshadow Palettes are manufactured in Canada. All other FLOWER BEAUTY color cosmetics and fragrances are manufactured in the United States.

ANIMAL TESTING

FLOWER is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals. We are not affiliated with any third party that test products or ingredients on animals.

INGREDIENTS

At FLOWER BEAUTY, the safety of our consumers is our highest priority. All ingredients are listed for each product on their individual product page. FLOWER BEAUTY products are hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic. 

IN STORE AVAILABILITY

Currently, our products are available at Walmart, USA and ULTA Beauty. Please use the store locator to view where FLOWER BEAUTY is available at a Walmart or ULTA Beauty location near you.

 

ORDERS:

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept CODs, personal checks or money orders.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION AND SECURITY

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Additionally, FLOWER BEAUTY is committed to safeguarding its customer’s payment information (see Section 3 of our Privacy Policy below).

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, NY, OK, PA, TN, TX, VA, VT, WV, and WI. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within two to three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

ORDER STATUS

Please log on to your account to access your order status. To track your order, click on the tracking number.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is a top priority for us. We will gladly replace any item that you order from www.flowerbeauty.com that you received in damaged condition. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any other reason.

If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at info@flowerbeauty.com.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

Orders can be cancelled by emailing info@flowerbeauty.com within 30 minutes of order being placed. Please note: Customer Service hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM - 2 PM ET. Any requests received after the initial 30 minutes or outside of Customer Service hours will not be processed.

SHIPPING:

Contiguous United States, AK and HI addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. FLOWER BEAUTY is currently unable to accept orders shipping to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
