Cosmetic bags and cosmetic brushes are manufactured in China. Lift & Sculpt Contouring Palettes, Shimmer & Strobe Highlighting Palettes and Shimmer & Shade Eyeshadow Palettes are manufactured in Canada. All other FLOWER BEAUTY color cosmetics and fragrances are manufactured in the United States.

FLOWER is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals. We are not affiliated with any third party that test products or ingredients on animals.

At FLOWER BEAUTY, the safety of our consumers is our highest priority. All ingredients are listed for each product on their individual product page.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept CODs, personal checks or money orders.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Additionally, FLOWER BEAUTY is committed to safeguarding its customer’s payment information (see Section 3 of our Privacy Policy below).

After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the customer during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details.

"Orders are typically processed within two to three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that during peak promotions, there may be additional time needed for order processing."

THE LIMITED WARRANTY WILL OTHERWISE NOT APPLY, AND IN PARTICULAR, WILL NOT APPLY TO SALES BY UNAUTHORIZED AMAZON RESELLERS OF PRODUCTS THAT WE CONSIDER LIQUIDATION ITEMS NOT PERMITTED FOR RESALE ON AMAZON. CURRENTLY, FLOWER BEAUTY IS THE ONLY RESELLER AUTHORIZED TO SELL FLOWER® BRAND PRODUCTS ON AMAZON, AND THE ONLY RESELLER FOR WHICH THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY APPLIES FOR SALES ON AMAZON.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed.

Contiguous United States, AK and HI addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. FLOWER BEAUTY is currently unable to accept orders shipping to destinations outside of the United States. We offer FREE ground shipping for orders $30.00 and over. $6.95 ground shipping for orders under $30.00. Priority shipping will vary Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.
